Within the scope of the offer P.R.E.S.C.O.:
- determines up-to-date address and contact numbers of the debtor through Information Department (capable of verifying a few thousand pieces of data a day),
- stays in regular telephone contact with debtor concerning involving negotiating, ,motivating and controlling debt settlement (capability to perform up to 20 000 effective contacts daily),
- generates and transmits properly prepared correspondence which includes information about receivables, means and possibility of its settlement as well as further collection steps to be undertaken with respect to the debtor (up to 150 000 monitories a day),
- contacts the debtor in person through Intervention Groups which thanks to the direct contact evaluate financial abilities of the debtor, sign agreements on settling the debts and collect settled payment (over1000 direct contacts a day),
- carries out current reporting and the settlement of actions undertaken (24 h on-line).
All actions are carried out by employing all available means and negotiation methods, with utmost determination to fully complete the tasks appointed by the Customer.
Simultaneously, these activities are performed in accordance with the law and the rules of community life with emphasis on Customer’s good name and best interest.
